Fluzzia Store is concerned with the total satisfaction of its customers. And to maintain credibility and transparency in this relationship, it has created an Exchange and Return Policy based on the Consumer Protection Code (CDC);
You can exchange your purchase for any other product equivalent to the value of the order of any product on the website, as long as it meets the criteria listed below. If you prefer, you can keep the credit in your account to use on your next purchase, or request a refund; the credit has no expiration date. The request for exchange or return must be made within seven (07) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted. Send the product to Loja Fluzzia according to the address provided for shipping.
CONDITIONS Products will only be accepted if they are returned:
In the original packaging and without any type of damage; With the manufacturer's labels and seals intact; With no evidence that the product has been used; Without the adjustment on the straps. Do I need to pay to send it again? It depends. This may vary depending on what happened in the delivery process of your order. We evaluate cases individually so that we can resolve the exchange in a way that solves the problem in the best way possible. Therefore, exchanges may or may not have costs for the exchanges. After receiving payment for the order, Fluzzia will contact the customer to confirm the information declared in the order, in order to avoid errors regarding sizes and measurements. We emphasize that the size and measurement table are available on the product page to confirm the size and measurement of the product. In cases where the order was sent correctly to the customer according to the specifications informed by the customer at the time of purchase and the customer informs that the order was sent incorrectly, and Fluzzia sends it correctly starting from the point at which it was confirmed even after the measurement, this situation does not constitute a free exchange, incurring operational costs of 30%. Products with measurements may arrive with a larger size, but they correspond to the size requested by the customer at the time of purchase. Products with sizes (e.g.: shoes, international clothing) have a difference of 2 cm more than the Brazilian size, but correspond to 2 cm less. Example: International size 36 corresponds to Brazilian size 34, that is, you do not need to make a conversion, just order your size and the size according to your purchase specifications will be sent. The Fluzzia store is not responsible for any problems with delivery due to the customer providing an incorrect address. Please note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, as the order may have already been delivered to the carrier. The store guarantees free shipping, however, if any purchase is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a fee of R$40.00 will be charged for the second delivery.
