Is the website trustworthy?

Fluzzia Store works with one of the largest payment platforms in Brazil, Mercado Pago and Appmax, and also internationally for countries in Latin America. In addition, our website has SSL security (note the https:// in the address bar), which is mandatory by law for all online stores in Brazil, encrypting all transactions made on the site and guaranteeing the confidentiality of all information.

What are the types of shipping?

All shipments are international; we currently work with two types of shipping: express shipping, which has an average delivery time of 10 to 20 business days, and standard shipping, which also has an average delivery time of 10 to 20 business days.

Why can products take up to 20 business days to arrive?

At Fluzzia, we believe it's possible to provide quality products at competitive prices in the Brazilian market. That's why we work with an innovative model that guarantees the best products through international suppliers. Therefore, when a new order is placed in our store, we send the request to our suppliers, and they ship directly to your home.

Do all orders include an international tracking code?

Yes. We always prioritize transparency and the best shopping experience, which is why all products are shipped with internationally valid tracking codes.

When will I receive the tracking number after my purchase?

Our suppliers (the factories that manufacture the products) require 2 to 7 business days to ship and provide the tracking number. If you haven't received it even after this period, simply contact us via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook. We respond within 24 hours at the most.

My tracking code isn't working, what should I do?

Generally, tracking codes are only active 3 to 7 business days after the product is shipped. Therefore, if you received the tracking code before this period, please wait up to 7 days. If, even after this period, the code does not locate any information, please contact us.

Is there a chance I won't receive the product? What happens if I don't receive it?

There is no chance that you will not receive the product purchased from our store. What may eventually happen is that you receive your order a little later than the estimated delivery date. However, we remind you that all orders include an international tracking code so you can track your order.

Since this is an international shipment, could I be taxed by Brazilian customs?

Brazilian Decree Law 1804/80 regarding imports clearly states that all Brazilians have the right to import products up to US$50.00 (US dollars) without any taxation, only the ICA tax is applied. A large portion of our products are below this value, thus avoiding any problems of this nature with Customs. If your product is taxed, please contact us so we can assist you and try to minimize the tax charge. If the charge is unavoidable and no other recourse can prevent its payment, it will be entirely our responsibility. Are all products shipped internationally? Yes. We have chosen to work innovatively in the Brazilian market and therefore work only with international suppliers to offer our customers the best innovative products and great promotions.

Does Fluzzia have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store. Our company is exclusively online, with only our administrative headquarters in São Paulo.

What are the payment methods? Can I pay in installments?

Payment is made directly through our website via the MercadoPago or AppMax payment gateways. You can pay for your purchase with a bank slip (boleto) or credit card, which allows for installment payments in up to 12 installments. Bank slips (boleto bancário) do not allow for installment payments, and the processing time is up to 72 hours.

Does Fluzzia deliver to my city? Yes, we deliver nationwide.
