The products featured on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the UK, Germany, Denmark, China and Sweden. All products must pass through customs inspection and will be delivered by the Brazilian Post Office.

The product posting period begins immediately after payment approval for the purchase and can take up to 7 business days to be dispatched. This period is used to separate the product in stock, package it, deliver it to the carrier, dispatch it and insert the code into the system.

Shipping is carried out by a carrier with priority at the Federal Revenue Service, so you spend less time waiting for inspections. Delivery is also made by the Post Office. Therefore, there may be variations in the deadlines provided by the Post Office and the Federal Revenue Service, as well as possible problems such as postal strikes, in addition to other factors beyond our control. When one of these situations occurs, the number of days necessary to resolve the aforementioned problems will be added to our deadline. These deadlines are valid for Capital Cities and Metropolitan Regions. Deliveries to the interior or hard-to-reach places may take a little longer. In areas with delivery restrictions, products will have to be picked up at the Post Office branch.

All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent via WhatsApp or email to the customer within an average period of 7 to 10 business days and can be tracked from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at your home. Even purchases without tracking can be requested from our attendants.

Based on our experience, 96% of products are delivered within 40 calendar days after posting.

If the order is for 2 or more different products, they may be sent in separate shipments and a code will be issued for each product.

ATTENTION WHEN FILLING OUT THE ADDRESS We ask that you carefully fill in the delivery address to ensure that you receive the product. Fluzzia is not responsible for any problems with delivery due to the customer providing the wrong address. Please note that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, as the order may already have been delivered to the carrier. The store guarantees free shipping, however, if any purchase is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a fee of R$40.00 will be charged for the second delivery or, if you choose to cancel the purchase, 30% of the amount will be deducted as operating expenses. This fee is also charged in cases where the merchandise is returned by the Post Office when the customer is not at home to receive or pick up the product at the indicated unit.

As this is an international order, tracking information on the Post Office website may occur between 5 to 15 days after the tracking code information.

The delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase.

In case of reshipment, a new delivery period will apply.

As this is an import service, each and every item of merchandise is subject to bureaucracy or customs duties. Fluzzia is RESPONSIBLE for any costs (fees, charges or taxes) added by the government.
