The products shown on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, China, and Sweden. All items will pass through customs inspection and will be delivered by the postal service, or, if it is another Latin American country, by the local postal service.

The product shipping period begins immediately after payment approval and can take up to 7 business days to be dispatched. This timeframe is used for product separation in stock, packaging, delivery to the carrier, dispatch, and insertion of the tracking code into the system.

Shipping is handled by a carrier with priority processing by the Federal Revenue Service, therefore spending less time awaiting inspection. Delivery is also made through the Post Office. Therefore, there may be variations in delivery time due to Post Office and Federal Revenue Service delays, as well as potential problems such as postal strikes, and other factors beyond our control. When any of these situations occur, the necessary days for resolving the aforementioned problems will be added to our delivery time. These delivery times are valid for capital cities and metropolitan areas. Deliveries to rural areas or hard-to-reach locations may take a little longer; in areas with delivery restrictions, products will have to be picked up at the Post Office branch.

All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer via WhatsApp or email within an average of 7 to 10 business days and can be tracked from the departure from the country of origin until arrival at your residence. Even purchases without tracking can be requested from our customer service representatives.

Based on our experience, 96% of products are delivered within 40 calendar days of shipment.

If the order includes 2 or more different products, they may be shipped in separate packages, and a tracking code will be issued for each product.

ATTENTION WHEN FILLING OUT THE ADDRESS: We ask for your attention when filling out the delivery address to guarantee receipt of the product. Fluzzia is not responsible for any problems with delivery due to the customer providing an incorrect address. Please remember that the address cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, as the order may have already been delivered to the carrier. The store guarantees free shipping; however, if any purchase is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, a fee of R$40.00 will be charged for the second delivery, or if you choose to cancel the purchase, 30% of the value will be deducted to cover operational expenses. This fee is also charged in cases where the merchandise is returned by the Post Office when the customer is not at home to receive or pick up the product at the indicated unit.

Because this is an international shipment, tracking information on the postal service website may take between 5 and 15 days to appear after the tracking code is provided.

The buyer should review the completed delivery address before confirming the purchase.

If the item is reshipped, a new delivery timeframe will apply.

Because this is an import service, all goods are subject to customs bureaucracy and/or taxes. Fluzzia is RESPONSIBLE for any additional costs (fees, charges, or taxes) imposed by the government.
