The request for exchange or return must be made within seven (07) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Requests received after this period will not be accepted. CONDITIONS Products will only be accepted if they are returned:

In the original packaging and without any type of damage; With the manufacturer's labels and seals intact; With no evidence that the product has been used; Without adjustments to the straps. Do not write, stick tapes or labels directly on the product's original packaging. Protect it with paper (kraft) or a box (cardboard) to prevent it from being damaged. Failure to comply with these rules makes the product subject to rejection by Loja Fluzzia. In addition, the shipping cost for the exchange or return of the purchase is borne by the buyer;

Exchange: After receiving and checking the product, a coupon will be sent within 5 business days (by email) to make a new purchase on the website.

Refund and Withdrawal: After receiving and checking the merchandise, the amount paid for the product will be refunded within 10 business days, according to the payment option chosen at the time of purchase, and the customer must provide bank details for transfer in case of payment via boleto. The issuance of coupons for exchange and refund of amounts paid will only be made after receiving and checking the product. If Fluzzia understands that the returned product does not meet the necessary criteria for exchange or return above, the website is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Fluzzia Store may then resend the product to the customer without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for refusal. After the deadline, defects must be forwarded to the respective manufacturer's warranty service. Refunds of credit card payments may take a little longer, in view of the policy of the operator, of which the customer will be informed.
