1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or not as described.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

We will provide detailed instructions and the nearest return address.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for another size or color, please place a new order for the desired item.
After your original return is approved, we will issue a refund for the first order.

6. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom items.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Digital downloads or products with broken hygiene seals.
